Printed on each of these little diamonds is the word ‘ZOUT’ which translates to English as Salt; however, are they salty? It seems the jury is out on this. Some people say there is a very mild salty taste and others say there isn’t. I’m sucking one now, and they are delicious, not salty to me. They last for ages and have a long smooth liquorice flavour.
