Founded in Belgium almost 100 years ago by confectioner Joris Van den Driessche. One of the few businesses still using real acacia gum as a basic ingredient. Hard gums are washed in a steam bath after air drying for a week — a traditional technique that gives a beautiful shine without animal-derived washes. The only confectioner in Europe still using this method.
