Orders and Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). We use Royal Mail Tracked 24® or Tracked 48® depending on your choice at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

You can create an account during checkout or anytime via the “My Account” link. Registered customers also earn Loyalty Points with every order.

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we’ll update it. If it has already left us, we will help where we can, but we may be limited by Royal Mail’s policies.

You’ll receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation from us.

  • Two updates from Royal Mail: one with your tracking number and another on the day of delivery.

While liquorice is perishable, we accept returns for faulty goods or incorrect items. In rare cases, we may consider other returns. Please contact us for assistance.
