Pear Fondant Liquorice Sticks
These pear fondant liquorice sticks fill soft Swedish liquorice with a sweet, fragrant pear fondant. The pear flavour is distinct and true to the fruit — mellow, juicy and just a little floral — and it sits beautifully alongside the soft liquorice outer.
