Watermelon has been part of our story for a long time. The fondant-filled version became one of our most recognised festival products — the kind of thing people would seek us out specifically for. Adding a sour version felt like the natural next step, and the result is everything we hoped for. Two very different takes on a flavour we’ve always loved.
