The extrusion process used to make all our Italian liquorice and candies comes from pasta making. If you can do it with pasta, you can do it with confectionery. Our friends at Gelco know how to make an excellent recipe for both traditional liquorice and candies.

We spilt the product into two biodegradable bags, each containing five sticks.
