We have developed a new website which was launched in May 2013 which means you need to create a new account at My Account page.
Most people who are having trouble ordering are not logged in. Firstly, go to My Account page. Here you can log-in or set up an account which you will need to order.
Can’t log in?
If you are entering your credentials and they are not being recognised, then you may need to create a new account at My Account page. The reason is that we redeveloped the website to improve your user experience – sorry for any inconvenience, but it won’t take long.
Email already being used?
Some of our customers have created an account but not realised it. You will find this out if you get an error “Email already in use” or something similar. In this case please enter your Username and Password very carefully. If that still doesn’t work try to Reset your Password which will resend your password to your email.
